Pricing Schedule – March 2011

Training

Full PHA Training for Division Staff

Ø  Prices include all flights, accommodation, catering, computer training equipment and other sundry expenses

Ø  A single license of MapInfo is also included in the Full fee of $4835

Ø  All training materials provided plus access to updates and support

Ø  2 full days training session

$4835 - for first participant from a Division

$2700 - for each additional participant from the same Division

$2700 - for each participant from a Division that has already had a staff member participant in the Full training

Refresher Course

Ø  Participants must of completed the full PHA training course previously before enrolling in this course

Ø  1 full day

$350 – per participant

Advanced MapInfo Training

Ø  Participants must of completed full PHA training previously or have a good basic understanding of MapInfo

Ø  1 full day

$350 – per participant

 

PHA Consultancy

Produce PHA on Behalf of another Division

Ø  Produce PHA and supply Division  with 2 bound copies of report plus optional CD of files on request to present to Practice

Ø  All Practice data files, billing and marketing information must be collected and supplied by the Division

$1000 – 1 to 5 PHA’s

$  900 -  6-10

$  800 – 10-19

 

20+ PHA’s - POA

Produce Subsequent PHA for Same Practice

 

$  800 – Second PHA after 12 months

$  750 – any subsequent PHA’s

Produce PHA Directly for External Practice/Organisation

Ø   Healthfirst Network will remotely collect all billing and clinical data, organisation to supply marketing information

Ø  Organisation will be presented with 2 bound copies of report plus optional CD of files on request

Ø  Includes 1 hour presentation of PHA to organisation via telephone and web presentation
